Toilet Drain Clearing: Roots in a PVC Drain Line
Drain cleaning · Camera inspectionThe toilet drain needed clearing. The lavatory and shower in the same bathroom, and a sink on the other side of the wall, were also clogged.
Our camera inspection showed roots in the PVC drain line.
- Pulled the toilet to reach the drain
- Ran a cutter head roughly 40 to 50 feet through the PVC drain and cut roots
- Camera-inspected the line
- Reset the toilet with a new wax ring
The toilet was reset with a new wax ring. The lavatory, the shower and the sink on the other side of the wall still needed separate work, which we proposed. That work was not part of this job.
